Some time work pressure is high based on line critical. Some time we are worked at 12 hrs for urgent basis and also company calls received at any time(late night)

...d also in working standards they are maintaining their technical way of working. One of the main disadvantage is that there is no salary appraisal. But I can explore the process as much as I need. work environment have been very neat and clean as like as an MNC. Then the other disadvantage is being a YSI employee I can't able to maintain balance between my work and life, most of the time I spend my time in my work place. And my colleagues and senior staffs are from different cities of Tamilnadu so that I can able to interact with them. And they are very eager to teach me and guide me.
