Sales Target was given very High for achieving the Bonus, No Training Provided Separately All Training Videos Available Online & Employees do not have time to Complete in Working hours....All People Related concerns need to be managed by RGM itself & No HR will answer your call on Weekends ....

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees!

The company is open to innovation and will encourage individual until they learn the requirements and it's friendly nature the trainer and every individual .

Compensation is decent but the growth in the maintenance part is not that simple.the work pressure is high sometimes even have to work 12-15 hours a day. I do get recognized sometimes though which are not notified

In process of promoting work life balance firm has become a swamp for medicore workers and mediocrity is celebrated and rewarded. And hence business suffers in results. There is lack of growth opportunities because top management is satisfied with where they have reached in life and hence no opportunities for people below. This also perculates into making org future proof in terms of skill enhancement or development. Archiac thought process with mediocre performance, within a reasonable time it just compells one to give up on the chase for work - life balance and yearn to be back into grind.

Firstly I am very thankful to Yum that he provides me a great place to work as Yum is my first organisation where I have started my career and I wanted to work again with Yum culture and Great place to work for me. Love you Yum for give me the great plateform to grow my career and I really enjoyed the culture and organization.

Yum has given their franchise to other company to run their own Rules and culture.
