Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...n a company and likes to surround her with super smort people just like herself. And didi got some major bipolar issues (I think she is still figuring out the right cocktail for her meds) You will never get your salary on time (Never being an adjective over here) YOU DON'T HAVE A JOB SECURITY OVER HERE!!! I didn’t find much positive at Yugen consulting due to the high pressure environment and lack of support

Dislikes

I’ve had concerns about lack of transparency and professionalism at Yugen consulting particularly regarding salary issues. Despite completing my handover on 8th July my salary has been withheld without clear policy or communication. This has made it difficult to recommend the organisation due to its unprofessional handling of such matters

The ONLY thing I liked about working at Yugen was the fact that I got to work at my own pace.

Dislikes

#1 the founder she does not posses the maturity to run a company. She only likes her clique of people and pretends to like others #2 it was always looked down upon when you requested a leave. #3 They treated freelancers like shit
