You will learn a lot, they have some good projects from which you can learn. They try to implement new technologies on the ongoing projects by which you stay updated with new tools .

Dislikes

No work from home and no salary hike, they offer very low and even after working for 1+ years they won't give any promotions. Also, they sign bonds so that employee can't leave the company before 2.5 years

Bad behaviour of management,hr cut the salary any reason

Management improve, hr not give any response and cut salary as a graduatee in salary it's doesn't fair, Any time you terminate if work is not available

They were getting some good projects to learn and improve. As far as I know , they dont have such good projects anymore.

...nt like most of the things in Yudiz - No credits given for dedicated projects. - No industry standard salary - 1 to 3 years bond with bond amount of 3 to 6 times the salary or 1 Lakh which ever is greater. - Seniors do not posses even the basic level knowledge, Some are just back bitching everyone. - Hard working emplyees are not appreciated, instead less working or not so smart persons are favoured and given good offers.

I'd a great experience working at Yudiz. The company culture is really positive and supportive, making it a good environment for both beginners and mid-level professionals.

Dislikes

After reaching a certain level, particularly for senior DevOps and Developers, the projects lack the complexity and scale you'd expect at enterprise level. Additionally, some of the company's policies aren't very employee-friendly, which can make it challenging to stay motived in the long term. In summary, it's a best place to start your career, but senior professionals might find it limiting in terms of growth opportunities.
