After reaching a certain level, particularly for senior DevOps and Developers, the projects lack the complexity and scale you'd expect at enterprise level. Additionally, some of the company's policies aren't very employee-friendly, which can make it challenging to stay motived in the long term. Yudiz Company tends to hire large number of intern to fulfill certain company needs. However, after about 5 months, they terminate these interns, attributing it to subpar performance. Moreover, candidates are interviewed for specific departments, but upon placement, they are assigned to different departments based on the company's requirements
