The company has good policies in place. There are paid leaves, health coverage for family and monetary support options like loan and advance salary in case you need it.

Work process is not properly structured. Things move fast and you need to be prepared for last minute changes. No WFH

Performance pressure is very high. It would be best if you went above and beyond. SIP only upon revenue target
