Below par salary, cheap labour, No/minimal increment, will promote and give you double work with a joke 15% hike. The company is gaming with the employees. No fixed working hours and still the HR team will cry for you to come to office and expect you to work post office hours late night as well. No extra pay for on call labour.

...ually treated and given equal opportunity. There is nothing like discrimination. Work Pressure is there but I’m getting a good salary so that is justified. Small celebrations make the place more comfortable.

Salaries and appraisals are paid on time. Performance and consistency drive progress. This stability keeps employees with the company for a long time.

Not enough Esops for me as compared to some of my collegues

The company has good policies in place. There are paid leaves, health coverage for family and monetary support options like loan and advance salary in case you need it.

Work process is not properly structured. Things move fast and you need to be prepared for last minute changes. No WFH

... environment is all about hustling. You need to manage our tasks and work hours. The pay hike was good and esops. (Hope to see some cash someday)
