Only meetings and meetings all day. A few colleagues are so connected to management, it doesn’t feel comfortable talking to them.

...listic targets which is impossible to achieve and then will keep bugging you. 3. No hike even when the company's revenue is growing. 4. Top management will treat the employees as cattle. 5. Currently entire organisation is looking to move out of the organisation.

There's nothing much positive to say about working at Yubi. In my case luckily I got decent and helpful teammates. I like that all code repositories are open and anyone can check out any other teams code repository to see their coding practices, ideas etc.

... 2 days leaves on all religious/other occasions besides very few other holidays. Low compensation and next to no hikes/appraisals. The appraisal cycle is in name only. Most people last year(2023) got 0% hike. And this year(2024) also looks bleak. There are many people doing same work with wildly different compensations. No learning and growth. This is specific to the team I was in. Perhaps in other teams there would be more learning or things to do( although highly doubtful). They use ruby on rails for most projects which may be a put off for some people. Although I didn't mind using RoR. The work mostly involved doing routine/manual work day in and. day out. There was nothing that would increase skills or have any learning growth. Mostly everyday spent here I feel trapped and feel like I am stagnating my skills and potential spending my time here. Some other minor criticism, personally not a big issue. No lunch/snacks/cafeteria. Earlier there was provision but now that is removed. Office is extremely crowded. Since it's strict WFO ,many times I don't get the proper chair and motorbike parking is also impossible since there is very little space inside the building and it becomes full quite quickly. Card punching for attendance is an annoyance.

Hierarchy structure is proper…… employee policies are good…….no problem faced.. workplace where you will discover your true potential. Your efforts and dedication will be counted, and you will get all that you deserve It has given me a clear understanding of my tasks. Plus, the training I have undergone have proven to be valuable for me, when I actually started working on real-time projects

...onest practices. It’s not worth my time speaking about them. Just avoid joining. The pay is low, with almost no raises or appraisals. Most people got no hike in 2023, and 2024 looks the same. Many doing the same work are paid very differently.

...d to extend my leave for another few weeks and thanks to them they granted that. I also received a decent part of my salary during that time. which was a huge help. Thanks a lot . When I returned, I found out that the company offered flexibility
