...o good they can fire at any point of time by giving a letter of non-performance. Salary Perks in this company is very low as they gave increment up to Rs.500-1000 to any of the employees.

...ents harassing the candidate changing the company policies at any point of time. As an intern, if anyone joins this company they are giving 2k-3k as their salary and in my opinion which is not good..Because of this reason any employee in this company is not able to survive more than 3-6 months or 1 year.

Working on latest Java tech Struts, Maven and Spring. I followed all rule and didnt have any problem. I left the company after 3 year and got a excellent job with MNC due to YT Solutions as they let me play multiple role of Sr Software manager and project incharge and interact with US customer directly. I use YT Solutions management all the time and they give excellent review. - Vishal Thatte

I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
