I don't like anything about YSM dairy and Biotech Pvt ltd. The working environment is really terrible and there are no job guarantee and the unnecessary pressure and demotivation is revolving around the company. Limited people still they don't know who to work and above all there is no HR manager in the company and you wont be getting any offer letter or appointment letter nor you will be getting any experience letter once you will leave the organisation.
