Worst HR of YsecIT Softwares Pvt Ltd...I have ever seen... please keep one eye on YsecIT Softwares Pvt Ltd HR...she will screw up your entire life. Please beware of her that's it... everyone knows about her but no one speaks that.

Dislikes

1) Horrible work environment. I was able to effectively complete most of my assigned work only to be given the work that my peers had screwed up. Mind you, this was not considered as a favor or a request merely part of the job. 2) Horrible planning. An entire project timeline of 8 months was cut short to 6 months in order to make it appear that we were more efficient than other competitors. The client manager laughed at us after we had submitted it in 6 months and remarked that they could have waited 2 more months since we were way ahead of schedule. 3) There is no appreciation, kindness or concern among team members. The carrot (onsite opportunities, appraisals) never usually materialize whereas the stick (Low appraisals, promotions denied) are quite common occurences. 4) Incompetent superiors make your life hell. Lacking technical expertise or even basic understanding of issues they discriminately allot extra resources and valuable project time to minor issues instead of seeing the whole picture and plan accordingly. 5) Discrimination is quite high. Regional, language and even religious bias is present though thinly veiled. Of course no one raises these issues since they are either too scared or already involved in this process. 6) Lack of motivation plays a big role after a few years of working. The lack of growth and technical knowledge make even the most earnest employees loose confidence
