...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Lower management supporting and the give their 100 % and some person are also very good and polite who actually working for YMAT. ☺

There are some people who are always doing politics without failure and they enjoying this they have no fear and no emotions. These people in front of you yours and back of your abuse and like more talking.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
