...'s no growth in this organization. Only people who love status quo can survive. Greedy people who doesn't even think once holding back the salary for no valid reason. Actually they don't follow their own policies. Worst in terms of employee benefits.

Very pathetic company and culture is very bad , only people will survive who makes their boss happy and all top management is very bad they only play with your carrier they will complaint about you all the time and they can't do anything just only Hods don't have any knowledge only they will make you work and you will not get any learning and hr will not give appraisal according to your work ,they will give who will make them happy by chatu giri and polish their shoes and who is their favourite. Their field sales manager and field sales team all will make fake expenses and hod will approve like fool and who is giving best they will not look theor work . Field sales is making fools of owner and their managers their team will go on field and they will put expenses for them selfs and making 70% fake expenses. This company is lala type company no one can prefer to work here they will not give incentive and make changes every time .

Field sales team will make fake money by expenses all person going to visit our side will make fake money and they will target executive level person to take their juice off and their all hods don't have any knowledge their English is not good , noting to learn here and after you will leave they will make your name very bad and makes allegations on you which you haven't done .

The company is great because everyone works together are all ideas are heard. They care about work-life balance offering flexible working hours. there are many channels to grow professionally. they value open communication and make the workplace friendly and welcoming for everyone.
