Won't get salary on time. They delay salary regardless of the fact that employee depends on it. They provide free accommodation for out of state employee, that's one thing I would appreciate.

Dislikes

Not at all satisfied with management and culture. They collect original marks card while joining. They decide employee salary based on performance, so if they want to pay you less, they simply increase the work load. Hence, if you couldn't complete on time they can decrease your salary. This method works perfectly for freshers. Everyone keeps silent because of the fact that they have submitted the marks card. If it was not submitted, no one will stay there for more that 6 months for sure. What they offered while joining is not what I got afterwards. They are really frauds, after realizing about their exploitation, if we decide to leave the company or take any action against them, they will hold the salary and threatening that they won't return the original markscard that was submitted while joining. Their attitude towards employee makes them worst company to work for, even if they agree to pay more. They just don't deserve our service.

Good for people who have good vision from product end to end. Supportive CEO Employment will be given on basis of ability and confidence and commitment. Trying to give maximum benefits to its employees.

3 months notice period. Saturday is working day No work from home facility Vey low compensation Need to submit orginal certificates and need to sign on bond.

I joined in young minds technology in the month of September. While I attended interview asked me about salary expectation. I said 14000 per month. After two months hr said my salary got fixed 10000 per month . Asked her to pay according to agreement she said not going to get that much salary and she added going to gain experience. Said going to arrange meeting with main hr. After she said like that I was concentrating on my work . One day she asked me to meet at evening time. I went to meet her. Then she said management cannot continue as an employee and raised false allegations also. Informed company ceo also he also didn't respond properly.

Nothing. The only thing it is good for is to get started. But there really isn't anything to like except for colleagues.

Dislikes

Low pay. Terrible work life balance. 6 days, 10-12 hours work week. They withhold payslips so that we can not leave. Heavy work pressure. No growth opportunities. Extremely low quality work. No usual benifits, not even tea.
