Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Free to do anything. Bring in your passion and put in place. No need to ask or take or take permission for doing anything, You are free to do. Work life balance is good. you can give time to yourself and family.

Dislikes

Nothing is easy in life. You need to put extra efforts. Monthly Salary which you use to get while working , is not the scene, You have to earn with hard work. You might feel tired and depressed some times fulfilling your liabilities , but its not a show stopper.
