1. Hidden T&C on annual salary increments, they treat employees as slave. 2. HR policies are for company benefits not for employees 3. There is no leave In casement policy, if you leave the company, they don’t adjust your available leaves .

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Vary good place to work. Offers multiple benefits other then salary. Like profit sharing

For higher CTC you will get less options to save your tax. But good thing is they are offering 50% basic structure.

Their management especially HRs and Mangers don't want to reveal the names are at their pathetic level. You aren't allowed to give your inputs , they have their own way of working style. If you question for anything they will make you quiet. The worst part is their AMS policy. They have published something else on their intranet and do their opposite

1. Far from city, so quite greenery. 2. Company Culture also good. 3. 1st yr gives free accommodation for campus hiring.

Dislikes

1. Shift wise work with strict timings 2. Far from city ( no buses after 9pm ) 3. Repetitive work, tired after work , can't study for improvement 4. In first year you have to customer care work, after that teams are assigned.
