1. The Lady Principal Product manager doesn't have knowledge, and she knows nothing other than buttering the clients. 2. Hectic work; have to work both project management and product management, which is unrealistic and also this is a service-based company there is nothing to learn as a product manager. 3. Very bad company to join since one project is done you have to find for other. 4. No Job Gurantee and can get fired at anytime. 5. Now they are implementing strict timings and no working hours flexibility. 6. If you are someone who is an experienced product manager and looking for career growth, then better don't join this company because this is like a purely service-based company that works on the projects they get like other companies. 7. Salary hikes are very low, not even in double digits, and promotions is also not there. 8. As a product manager, you can't implement your new features or work. You have to be like a donkey and listen what the client says and blindly follow him.

If you love micromanagement, Join this company. So much micromanagement in it. Specially a woman Product Unit Leader is expert in this. Politics and Unethical environment. 0 Job security. They will add you under review process and they will consider you failure on very basic measurements. Very false allegation.

Biased Personal grudges will be highlighted and result will come in favour of management Unethical way of dealing things They will not allow you serve full notice period, they will say pack your bags and go home by end of the week You have to learn to say Yes to your manager Not open to understand feedback They will give you threats of firing and make you force resign

Inadequate planning or resource distribution sometimes leads to unnecessary pressure on employees. Managers could benefit from leadership training to foster a more supportive and proactive environment instead biased environment.

Is a good organisation for fresher to work on difficult level project, but after a year their in not growth in salary so you can shift.
