I have never seen a company that is very much building a disciplined work force in the software field like them so dedicated and hardworking, this is defiantly not a company if you are looking for some WFH but part time kind of job , i have seen recently people joined and burnt the work environment. If you are looking for a crazy learning of tech skills , commitment to deadline go be in for it , they show you crazy growth , if not please ignore them.

nothing big , you have to be dedicated for deadlines but still they will be flexible and supporting

Work culture is vey good . The work environment is very professional lots of new thing get to learn. They hired experienced people and provide quality candidate to their clients.

I have not seen many Mid size companies invest on the employees on learning purpose, this is one such company . They will arrange for training whenever asked. i think that is a great quality becauase that is growth , they are very committed teams that they push you on deliveries and deadlines which also a fine quality to survive in IT industry

No big dislikes ,they can engage in fun activities also

I get opportunity to get learn end to end development , good project pipelines , Good management of team, Good place for all seniors and medium to work .

They do not hire many freshers , sometimes we will be free and sometimes we will be fully working they can bring balance.
