Here position distribution is like blessing. Every senior employee is the manager, gm, and AGM. Politics is high in this company.

The HR Gurpreet was very supportive.

They do not respect their employees. Without any intimation or prior notice they asked us to resign or to be on LWP till further notice. I did beg them for servance but they denied.. I suggest others not to join this organisation..

There is intervention of multiple persons for single task with different mindset.

One of the worst management I've ever seen. No body will be there to give you a right path they'll just apply their own thoughts(from different domain of working) to the work. E.g. A business guy will suggest you the tech/coding related things while they've not any kind of relevant skills or study; and force you to do those things. If you'll not complete the tasks accordingly then they'll not even appreciate you for completion of tasks.
