...ork load after 3 moth of your joining.....and the company culture is average.... & For new fresher there is to much low salary but increment is good, this job include traveling have to rech from bharuch to dahej plant 45km it's take time around 4 hr of travelling. Company timing is strict, this is shift rotational job

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the Management is transparent.Company Policies are good and appraisals are fair.

There is a lot of politics and the Management doesn’t address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Japanese culture in the company.But indian management is making is worst for the employee.

Salary is not as per qualifications.People are getting higher salary which are not even equal tp your qualification.

Hi, I am working here last 3 years.I think, there are so many things for learning. it is very good for our career growth. Time to time they will provide training on different module.

Japanese culture is very good in the company. It's employee oriented culture. But Indian Management ruining it and employee are not enjoying the benefits.
