... penetration,all sales staff has been transferred to PCR and left the company. No salary hikes on transfer,personally for me no salary increase for the last 2.5 years even though after performing, Work on Saturday even though there is a working days are Monday to Friday

Salary structure not as per experience & position. Huge difference salary of freshers,less experienced employee & more experience employee.

Near by village from 150 km that's only no other old people not treated like experience but new people got high salary and promotion very bad management. All staff working for family situation otherwise nobody staying more than 6 months

Top level people not review properly in each and every dept employees. Some people not getting growth and salary.

Over time efficiency but no benefits for staffs, No bonus for all staffs. spare not come fastly for any material it is more than 3 months, no respect for staff front line supervisor compared to worker.
