Good work environment and culture. My teammates all are good think person all are support me and any other help also asked me. But company policies not bad but it's so let any progress or any approval. Otherwise all are good.

Salary dely not get proper time of salary, No any Rembusment approve earlier.

Working with Yokogawa would be nice. For beginners it is a good platform . We can gain knowledge very well here .

Dislikes

Working culture is average. Pay scale not worth for the skilled emplyoees . No encouragement for learners . Very few people are supportive . There is big discrimination between Global team and domestic team. No abraod travelling opportunities for domestic people . No growth for domestic engineers.

Working for Yokogawa India Limited for 1 or 2 years will help you secure good job in Industrial automation related companies.

Dislikes

Pay and compensation worst in the industry, there is no overtime pay so your Intelligent manager thinks 8 to 8 is the Normal working hours and if you want to go home ontime then you need to apply for half day leave.

Yokogawa Systems & Products are very easy and good.

Dislikes

No personal life, No Work-Life balance working on Sat and Sun. No Compensation for Sat and Sun. Promotions are not given as per skills and knowledge bases, always delayed in promotions.

Very Good Culture,. Learning is totally depends on individual,. Yokogawa Products are very robust & good. Sites are equally divided among all Engineers. Executive Manager is very friendly & supportive.

Dislikes

No Promotion,..all employees are not equally treated. Very less basic salary. Site allowance are very less & not revised from last 10 years. Reporting Manager don't resolve engineer's issues,.in fear of not getting Next PO.
