The salary is way too below than industry standard. And if asked for hike, they offer a tour to site location.. They just don't increase the salary.

Other than the collegues and travels ... There is nothing that I like. The person who works made to work long hours...May be more than 12 hours a day...

Gained too much knowledge regarding dcs and sis systems and how a large svale project works..

Dislikes

career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. Salary is the biggest disappointed work like donkey but dont get enough pay

The work environment is good with your Supervisor being very supportive and guiding. Learning opportunities are totally dependent on you which means you need to grasp it as you won't get much of a help base. There are ample amount trainings to build a niche for you.

Dislikes

The salary and compensation for a metro city is quite less. A lot of politics is dominant in the office. The HR gives false promises and overview of the company. Unnecessary stringent rules regarding office time. Travel though free is a contradiction to which is written on the offer letter. There is zero work life balance and there is zero safety for female employees as though they are made to stretch their work hours yet they are not given home drop.

Working for Yokogawa India Limited for 1 or 2 years will help you secure good job in Industrial automation related companies.

Pay and compensation worst in the industry, there is no overtime pay so your Intelligent manager thinks 8 to 8 is the Normal working hours and if you want to go home ontime then you need to apply for half day leave.

Very Good Culture,. Learning is totally depends on individual,. Yokogawa Products are very robust & good. Sites are equally divided among all Engineers. Executive Manager is very friendly & supportive.

Dislikes

No Promotion,..all employees are not equally treated. Very less basic salary. Site allowance are very less & not revised from last 10 years. Reporting Manager don't resolve engineer's issues,.in fear of not getting Next PO.
