In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Pay and compensation worst in the industry, there is no overtime pay so your Intelligent manager thinks 8 to 8 is the Normal working hours and if you want to go home ontime then you need to apply for half day leave.

Very Good Culture,. Learning is totally depends on individual,. Yokogawa Products are very robust & good. Sites are equally divided among all Engineers. Executive Manager is very friendly & supportive.

No Promotion,..all employees are not equally treated. Very less basic salary. Site allowance are very less & not revised from last 10 years. Reporting Manager don't resolve engineer's issues,.in fear of not getting Next PO.
