management not good, work culture waste if you are a beginner 1st year 3 or 4k hike can expect, And the second year, if you performed well also that, won't even measure it's all about GL's attitude and increment will be below 1K. Partiality is everywhere, In a project the project (8 to 9-month project) members work harder also at finely the member will be replaced & the new member will be added & the travel is given to him/her.
