Pay and compensation worst in the industry, there is no overtime pay so your Intelligent manager thinks 8 to 8 is the Normal working hours and if you want to go home ontime then you need to apply for half day leave.

Salary is very less, you have to depend on travel to earn money which is depend on managers and lot of internal politics. Work culture and management is not good.

HR and management should take responsibilities and look into employees issues and salary structure .

It's a company where salary is proportional to years of experience ,knowledge doesn't matter here . If you are person who believe in yourself don't join this company . Else if you are a person who want to somehow survive ,just stay here .

The salary is way too below than industry standard. And if asked for hike, they offer a tour to site location.. They just don't increase the salary.

Other than the collegues and travels ... There is nothing that I like. The person who works made to work long hours...May be more than 12 hours a day...

Great learning environment if you're in domestic engineering division.

No career growth, low salary compared to other companies in the field. Absolutely no work life balance. No innovation, priority is just to complete the project within the deadline due to which quality of engineering is compromised.
