Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Best part is to work with different cultural framwork. Very challenging and lots of scope to learn new things. Platform that will give lots of live experiences for freshers or for experienced ones.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. We need to take everything as a learning. No company will have bad reputation. Its only about people mind set. Need to be postive and deliver best results.
