Always hammer the work in which u r not qualified or skilled. i.e. Though ur not marketing sales person, ask to do marketing and for follow up. Without having any technical knowledge about product,ask to talk about the products to customers for getting orders, Blames for the losses occurred due to lack of orders. No sufficient knowledge to staff. every one follows the command according to directors. One of the director doesn't even know about the documentations which required for the exim process. They follow from the previous shipments. Lack of staff members. And no job security. Also in such a small staff directors keeps discremination on the basis of old and new staff. There is no position or designation growth.
