The only thing that is good here is the option of wfh and cab drop facility

- no work ethics as the management does not consider your feedback - no growth here - not much benefits along with salary - epfo around 1800 for everyone - promotion is quite bad not even 10% - management creates fuss for you so that you resign yourself rather they fire to avoid spoiling company’s image - toxic work culture and no posh policy here

The senior most COO who dont even know about Operations and so called CTO who dont know anything about technology are using HR for thier personal use and party after every one leaves

Remember this is school. One of the hopeless organization, no job security. As long as Rajeev is running this organization don't expect any good things from him. The office admin management will treat like a Kindergarten. If you are female employees, don't worry you can get hike at any point of time. So, I recommend not to join this company as long as Rajeev is running the office.
