Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. All the staff are very helpful and even our Boss is very nice person. As a C.A. firm there is no job security there P.F. company has not providing Insurance for any of staffs. But here we using latest technology regarding Income tax and GST, using software of GST and IT. Both Boss are great person. There is healthy environment in our Company. I lean lots new thing i.e. very knowledgeable for experience
