...elf respect, dignity because the staff is being humiliated in front of everyone. They don't pay salary giving all the stupid reasons to stop pay. They don't appreciate you for anything you do.

Nothing, I joined this company falling into the recruiter promises n talks. However it was all fake

No work-life balance No SALARY, you heard it right they just give big talks however while on salary date the director (Ira Trivedi) doesn't pay. She starts removing excuses for non payment No cooperation from co worker No appreciation for work They will pile u with work which is of not your domain and you are not given training on that neither given time to learn and than they expect you to finish the work within deadline which is extremely short and now when the work is not as per Ira Trivedi. She start giving all absurd reason for non payment.

Really nothing to like here. It's the worst. Seriously, someone needs to show the founder how to actually run a company and manage a team.

... a minute. You lose all your self-respect, dignity, and peace of mind at once. She'll insult you in front of everyone, blame you for her own bad decisions, and pay you peanuts while imposing penalties for no reason. Plus, she'll hold your payments if she doesn't feel like spending. Everything she says before you join is a total lie. She's two-faced, negative, and toxic.

Environment is nice, colleagues are helpful and friendly.

The boss in the beginning was nice and as she is a celebrity she hardly gives us time, she behaves rude, cuts employee salary during the date of salary everymonth even tough we work so much.
