The workplace was marred with favoritism, poor leadership and a lack on employee support. Constructive feedback was often replaced by public criticism and micromanagement, creating a very demotivating atmosphere .High attrition rates reflect the underlying issues. Not ideal for those seeking a respectful, growth-driven and professional environment.

The working culture from up top is pretty transparent. The entire tech team gets a peek into the OKR discussion over the entire year across all quarters. We have an ideation board where anyone can pitch their idea. You get a platform to put forward your opinion. You get to see the impact on the customers up close.

Dislikes

There is a lack of career guidance or career support. There is not enough feedback exchanged on employee x employer level. There should be a safe space where I can discuss my career aspirations and keep myself aligned with the company goals. The roles and responsibilities are not clearly defined - which can be a good thing if you know how to squeeze the best out of every opportunity, but on a general note it is not very comforting.

Yocket offers great work life balance by providing you with the opportunity to work from home. It’s a 5 days working for us. Company’s culture is good and every employee is there to support you. Remote culture policies are implemented so good that you will not feel discinnected with your team at all. It’s a flat structure organisation and you can easily approach senior management.

Dislikes

Promotions are difficult after you become senior counselor, No appraisals ( well they do have 2 performance review cycles but no matter what your numbers look like, your appraisal will be 5%— 8% max) If you want to leave, you can… Other than your lead nobody cares HR is completely Unempathatic, also don’t value your work Under paid job

Dislikes

No work life balance, heavy targets, poor management. Not at all recommend to join. Even if you are having fever they won't give you leave for the day.
