Salary is a bit low. But as per industry standards they pay well… Nothing to be disliked if you give your all to work, that’s what I believe…

...even care if the manager is good at placements and making money to the company . There is a bond for freshers if they don't submission target salary will deducted by 20% and for late login and leaves also just working for free to the company instead of joining this company better to work as a daily wager. IF freshers want to move there career they won't give certificate . Even they don't care any health issue faced buy employee If any fresher want to move to another company or willing to quit a job they have 1,50000 to company

don't join what you see in LinkedIn is not real one of the worst HR i dnt no how he got job and operations manager to does not have any solution for any thing simples sits and supports toxic managers

the only dislike from company was that they are asking to submit the orginal documents such as ssc orginals and much more for contract of 18months

In yochana IT solutions, i have gained more knowledge on the requirements and the friendly the nature of the colleagues is too good ( however depends on our behaviour). The atmosphere in the office is great.

Nothing much to dislike but sometimes some managers are bit harsh to teammates (depends on work pressure though) .
