Dislikes

I am the instructure of CDC coaching class. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. I was on leave due to my marriage. All ALC closed but CDC centers are in working as per schedule. My record has been very good or feedback in field good. When i came to join my CDC coaching class after marriage. I was told that you have been replaced by someone else. My CDC coaching class is still going on. YMCA cheat me that's why I am in depression.

YMCA is a good organization. If I get a chance to work again, I will join it.

Dislikes

People here do not cooperate with the new staff at all and everyone works against each other, there is no good relationship among the staff

Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!
