There is nothing to like ... No growth ... If you want to time pass here..best company... No one want to grow here... HR department is worst .. they even Don't behave like HR.. no work ethics no transparancy... I came here just because I thought it was MNC but u can work in small companies u can learn more there from here.

...re coming here i ll not advice to work in such environment where u can't grow... And if u talk about salary.. HR promise you something and serve in your plate very different... Worst HR i don't want to call them HR.. wish i could use more harsh word here...

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. There is a huge and good cafeteria. They give good bonus every year. On the job training is given to new joiness .

... starting your career. Companies policies and the management is not transparent. Appraisals and salary hike both are not fair. There is picnic and gaming arcade for chilling only on paper not actually. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.

This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technologies. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the Japan, Indonesia, Shrilanka and US. But on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location. I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my my colleagues come from the various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.
