Company is good but the management is worst. You won't get anything to learn hear. Management won't support new joinees. If try to learn hear on your own also they don't digest it. For new joinees they make 2 years bond. With this they keep on pressuring you.

Very worst management, everywhere politics, especially Managing director playing they games to other staff. Job security very very bad stage day basis. Without knowing the work and put the bucket with management is a life. Honest people better looking at the job somewhere else.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
