No internal moment or internal hiring. Biased managerial decisions, micromanagement. Low benefits and hikes.

This is a organization which is client centric without compromising on their employee centric approach. Every person here is approachable starting from associates to C-suite. Zero micromanagement and supportive managers.

Nothing to mention now. Since management is supportive any problems that might arise will be easy to resolve.
