- Yext company culture is very good. All employees are very friendly and helpful towards each other. - Yext has a very good Work-life balance and provides support for any post-work activities for their employees.

Dislikes

- The employee benefits for recreational activities such as sports/fitness allowance/ are not provided in India compared to other MNCs here.

There are very less companies that tend to strike balance between being customer centric and employee centric at the same time. Yext is one such company where it handles tremendously well. This is a organization which is client centric without compromising on their employee centric approach. Every person here is approachable starting from associates to C-suite. Zero micromanagement and supportive managers.

Dislikes

Nothing to mention now. Since management is supportive any problems that might arise will be easy to resolve.
