There won't be any hikes with in a year but for 2-3 years they give you suitable hikes . And really company is good by getting new projects.

Work is God.You have to put yourself in that environment .so basically i was working for my god(Family).company policies are good.

I was lilltle bit nervous at first but after some days i am became familiar with them.Honestly i am telling you that some of them have egotistic nature.some time i feel like i was in hell .
