They don't pick employee call on appraisal

At appraisal they suddenly remove employees without notice. Very bad politics. Hr gauri will say Just leave the company will give fnf and advance salary after they won't give salary and fnf settlement.

Nothing is great of liking this, since this is small startup company people are easily reachable to discuss any issues or impediments.

Dislikes

No growth.No Process.No work Balance. Poor compensation.They can move you from one location to another in single night.Company lacks serious process which keeps on changing every friday according to their style.Notice period 90 days,no buyouts,no leave encashment,no gratuity and no work from home.

*Salary you'll get on time. *Onsite project purpose they can send you anywhere but only depends on project. *Learning & development team is working a great job for training, they conduct several training on different topics & it's really helpful for knowledge gain.

...nt. * Poor management. * No values for employees. * No recognition of good work. *Salary hike is only 2-3%. Don't expect more. *No matter how you do hard working. *No work life balance. * Little scope of good carrier growth. *No proper KT, Flow of work. *Anytime they put you on LOP. *Salary settlement is very worst, if you leave that company they will not do the proper settlement, deduct your salary with false statement. *Infrastructure is very poor with very less space. *No cab facility for employees.

Suddenly they will remove by searching any reason if you are on bench. If you want to quit the company, you have to serve the 3 months notice period If they remove you, they will not pay 3 months salary.
