Single appraisal cycle in a year, if you join after 1st October you will not be consider in March Appraisal cycle. Also you will get very less increment in CTC. They will give major part as bonus.

Work environment is not so good.Work culture is not flexible towards employee.Company leave policies is good.HR management is poor.Top management support is poor.

Top management more involved into the office politics rather than company growth.Salary is average but career growth is pathetic.Personal and technical skill program is not provided.HR management is very poor .There is no induction happening to all new joinees.HR is not taking right decision independantly instead always rely on top management.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
