Banking closing time 7pm. But branch haed & cluster head calling 10pm and come to meeting vashi, panal. Office is there dadar location but meeting for vashi panvle there is nothing meeting . only Called just to disturb, there is no meeting there, call after reaching there, then used to say go home.everyday . HR ko complaint karo to hr early relieveing ka paisa bhara k employees se nikal deta hai koi support nhi.

...employee cannot support, then the money for early relieving should not be taken.i have pay 75000 .

A dream work culture, perfect work and life balance, supportive seniors and team members, no team politics

The only thing i dont like is less pay due to financial crunch faced by the company which is expected to improve over a course and Hr is already working towards new initiatives

Only perk about working here is the pay . Work culture is just horrible especially at the branch level. Managers call you up even at night and there's no work life balance . Happy that I left this pathetic culture in 3 months

...l be underpaid here and you have to be ready to do 10 people job by all alone 5. No salary hikes and promotions as the bank is in losses

Frankly speaking I learnt lot many things in Yes bank because of staffing issue.... You have to do all the things as there is no other person exist to help u..

No bonus for 2 years No work-life balance I use to work from 9 Am to 10 PM. Few days it is more than that... HR's support only management there not the employees
