A very bad organisation to work for, HR has no power, Noone cares about clients, only concerned about insurance and downgrading staff at every opportunity presented. Boss has no say or power to counter the seniors or other product people, everyone just making up stories behind your back and spread rumors.

... not get anything. Management expectation is very high but you will get peanuts. Last two years we didnot get bonus but sales people got very good incentives. This is not fair. Top management will not respond when you require support. They need only donkeys who can work for 24/7.

It's very close to my house which saves lot of commuting time. Also hr department is very active and conducts various workshop for employees wellness.

Dislikes

...ions from top management that they don't want people and may lead to staff cuts. Lot of so called benefits are recovered from own salary like insurance and Mediclaim and CTC is very misleading
