Yes Bank lacks job security as departments are frequently shut down overnight without any prior intimation. Employees are abruptly asked to sit on the bench, leaving them uncertain about their future. The lack of transparency and stability makes it a challenging place to build a long-term career

A very bad organisation to work for, HR has no power, Noone cares about clients, only concerned about insurance and downgrading staff at every opportunity presented. Boss has no say or power to counter the seniors or other product people, everyone just making up stories behind your back and spread rumors.

My whole experience working at Yes Bank is good. My team includes 5 RM's. I am the only CPA for supporting them hence I learnt alot from them. They always appreciate my efforts.
