Yes bank is good organisation for work and grow for banker.I learned a lot of things at yes bank. At yes bank I have almost served at all desks to all type of customers. But the life is very stressful at office and even at home.It was learning experience working at YES Bank. Workplace place culture was good. Highly professional. Emphasize on overall development of an individual. Management was good. Learned a lot.

... need to be more neutral. It should be system driven without human intervention. No promotion and No Salary High... As per 8 years of experience they expect from us ... They provide poor incentives and salary and designation...

The only thing i dont like is less pay due to financial crunch faced by the company which is expected to improve over a course and Hr is already working towards new initiatives

One of the best organisation I have ever worked with. Young leadership and freedom of work leads to development of skills and knowledge.

Pay structure at each level is not comparable. There is huge difference in pay structure even at same designation.

I like here team work and working hours is comfortable according to all employees and initial salary package is very good compared to other bank organization.

I dislike here working system because in this technology age here manuals work is more compare to other bank organization.

...Also I have observed that there are so much unsatisfactory among the colleagues. I think bank should do something to motivate them, lyk bonus, promotion etc.... for any institution to grow, it is necessary that its employees should have trust on it.
