No job security, they will ask you to resign silently and then release you immediately. No work life balance, you are only considered hard working if you sit late to work

Banking closing time 7pm. But branch haed & cluster head calling 10pm and come to meeting vashi, panal. Office is there dadar location but meeting for vashi panvle there is nothing meeting . only Called just to disturb, there is no meeting there, call after reaching there, then used to say go home.everyday . HR ko complaint karo to hr early relieveing ka paisa bhara k employees se nikal deta hai koi support nhi.

...employee cannot support, then the money for early relieving should not be taken.i have pay 75000 .

Work environment was good initially , employees had promising opportunities , Management were transparent HR were sensitive to employee welfare. But it has changed post moratorium. Now everything can be compromised for the sake of business growth.

Dislikes

...e to compromise with their self respect and dignity. Career growth is very slow. No salary structure is discriminating in nature. Organisation does not even cares for ones careers growth.

Yes Bank should take decision to salary correction as per market as there is lot of disparity in salary of same grades, There should be a minimum benchmark for every grade

A dream work culture, perfect work and life balance, supportive seniors and team members, no team politics

The only thing i dont like is less pay due to financial crunch faced by the company which is expected to improve over a course and Hr is already working towards new initiatives
