Didn't got the support when wanted a role change , they will hire a new employee with higher package but cant give you the opportunity as being existing employee

Training is giving time to time. Salary is good if you got good appraisal increments will be nice. Overall good environment for work.

It's growing Bank Sales pressure is too much. Client base is weak a person has to self motivated and depends himself.

There is no work life balance we are asked come at 8.45 and there is no leaving time we mostly leave beyond 8.30 pm personal life going zero. I am working in branch banking operations but they put huge pressure on sales and say your goal sheet consist of 70% sales and 30 % operations where as we do 100 % and after that we are not allowed to leave on time if sales is not done Made to do so many customer calling as if we are working in call centre Senior make us do entries on virtual request without the voucher which is strictly not to be done as per process and guidelines
