Salary and Appraisal - Accountant's Salary will be less than Office boy and the appraisal form will be used only to torture the employees . Travel -There is no travel facility for accountant's . Politics - If Two colleagues were stand together than it will be office politics as per company policy. Learning - Zero Work Environment - Work Place Policy is very bad . Innovation - Zero Work life balance - Zero

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Work life balance could be a matter...but the project quality I worked on was good... 5 days / week could have been a good option for a better work life balance ...

Maybe I have joined them at the wrong time because work pressure was very high at that time...

The company gives you experience that before joining any new company please try to know all things like work culture, career growth etc. At least we should check online feedback about company.

Whenever i remember Yellow Object's tenure, it seems that those days were nightmare for me. Frankly those day were horrible for me. CEO of company treat all employees like bonded labor. CEO is the most insecure, stubborn, maniac person i have ever seen. You are working in company without getting any complain from anyone and eventually CEO calls you and fired you without any reason. He interfere in each and every thing you work even in your personal life also. He born with silver spoon in mouth so never care about anyone sentiment.
