Talk about teammates - There is No team to talk only accountant will work for office boy position as well as accountant . Training - There is no training program in the Company and if you want to get training from outside than Company will not approve you leave for training purpose or your mail regarding training purpose will be Ignored. Job Security - No Job Security CEO can Demand resign anytime and if you would not resign than he will torture you . Carrier and Growth - if you are going to Join for Accountant's position than you can't see better carrier with the company . Salary and Appraisal - Accountant's Salary will be less than Office boy and the appraisal form will be used only to torture the employees . Travel -There is no travel facility for accountant's . Politics - If Two colleagues were stand together than it will be office politics as per company policy. Learning - Zero Work Environment - Work Place Policy is very bad .
