After thinking long and hard, I don't really have anything good to write about. I'm just thankful that they hired me and I learned a lesson for life to not repeat the same mistake again of joining a company with no goals.

Dislikes

There's absolutely no focus on employee well being and growth. Terminations or asking for resignation without any prior feedback or discussions. No communication between teams while WFH. In office environment is super boring. I'm not sure what is their vision for the organisation and it's employees. No timings flexibility.

YCSPL is the best employee oriented company, I'm happy to be a part of YASHI family. HR and payroll staffs are very polite and friendly. YCSPL provide us a friendly work environment, colleagues are very helpful.

Freshers will get to learn new things

Everything is horrible. Specially the HR and management is terrible. they don't think with employees point of view and will blame employees unnecessarily. Management is not at all good.
